Who We Are
We are proud Indonesian energy company that was established in 1980 and 1985 respectively under the Indonesian law.
We use a comprehensive approach in order to provide a wide range of drilling at work over and targets the acquisition of marginal oil fields and undeveloped proven reserves.
From dealing with bureaucratic requirements to coordinating with subcontractors, Indrillco Bakti guarantees precise, timely, and efficient work.

Founded.
Indrillco Group was established in 1980 under Indonesian law, focusing mainly on the upstream oil and gas consulting business, known as PT Indrillco Sakti.
Drilling Services.
Indrillco Group set up a new business division working on oil and gas drilling services, called as PT Indrillco Bakti.
500 Oil Wells.
Starting oil drilling services in Duri, Riau, PT Indrillco Bakti provided services in Duri Steam Flood Project owned by PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia. We have already conducted drilling activities in more than 500 wells.
Global Expansion.
To expand our business in the global industry, Indrillco Global acquired some ad and gas projects in several countries in the Middle East, including Iraq, Yemen, and Syria. With the support of a dedicated team and technology, Indrillco has contributed positively to energy productivity in these respective countries.
Government Partnership.
With extensive experiences in oil and gas consulting, and field operation management, Indrillco has been entrusted by the Indonesian government to conduct oil and gas development in South Sumatra. Indrillco signed a joint operation agreement with PT Pertamina (Persero) in December 2007 to manage field exploration in Uno, Dos, and Rayu Fields, Musi Rawas, South Sumatra.

J. C. Kana
COMMISSIONER
Born on 21 August 1935 in Sumba, Jossia Christian Kana was Indrillco Group co-founder. Kana obtained his Mining Engineer degree from the Bandung Institute of Technology and was instrumental in preparing the Petroleum Engineering Faculty at Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). ITB granted a scholarship to Kana for graduate study in the United States, and he obtained a Master of Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma, in 1964. Also, Kana finished his Defence Courses in 1977 at the National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia (Lemhannas RI) and in 1978 ASEAN Regional Defence Course, organized by the Malaysia Department of Defense in Kuala Lumpur, respectively.
In his industrial career, Kana was appointed as Adviser to the Director of Exploration and Exploitation of Pertamina (1966-1983) and as Expert Staff of the National Oil & Gas Reserves Team, Department of Mining and Energy of The Republic of Indonesia (1974-1980). His academic career started as Secretary (1964-1966) and Chairman (1966-1976) of the Petroleum Engineering Department, ITB. In 1978, Kana was appointed as Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Technology ITB and the Chairman of the educational program Petroleum Engineering in 1991 at the same university. During 1966-2000, he was also a member of the Senate of Bandung Institute of Technology and the Faculty Senate at the Faculty of Mineral Technology of ITB, respectively. He was a promoter for graduates and postgraduates (doctoral) students during his tenure as a Professor at the University.
Ir. Mohamad Bawazeer

Mohamad Bawazeer co-founded Indrillco Group. Soon after graduating from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1980, Mohamad started his career as a DATA engineer in Dresser Magcobar and for three years (1992 – 1994) as a lecturer in the Faculty of Petroleum Technology, The University of Trisakti. During 1996 – 1998, Mohamad was General Manager of the Technical Assistance Contract Western Nusantara Energy Pty Ltd to develop the Tanjung Miring Timur oil field.
Mohamad has many practical experiences in the energy and mining industries and has been a consultant in the petroleum sector (upstream and downstream activities) since 1980. Involved in a working group as an energy expert in the Society of Indonesian Petroleum Engineers. He has attended and been involved in many international meetings and bilateral cooperation in the energy and mining sectors.
Noha Muhamad
OPERATIONAL DIRECTOR
Noha Muhamad has obtained her bachelor's degree in Geophysical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (2011). She received Academic Achievement Award from the Dean of the Faculty of Mining and Petroleum Engineering.
Noha started her career as a geophysicist in several oil companies. Since 2017 she has been designated to perform Indrillco Group as Operation Director.
Zaldy Hermansyah
DIRECTOR
Zaldy Hermansyah was a senior professional banker with extensive experience in the corporate segment of financing in various industries, especially for the use of contracts that apply in Islamic banking. His latest position in the banking industry was a Senior Assistant Vice President of Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah Indonesia in 2012. He obtained a degree in Economics from Padjajaran University, Indonesia. He has been designated as Finance Director of Indrillco 2014.

At Indrillco Bakti, attentions are paid to every detail of our drilling services, from dealing with bureaucratic complex requirements to coordinating with subcontractors, and we guarantees the quality inspection of the safety. We use multiple checking points to ensure our high quality standard. The process has been verified by various third party inspection bodies and certificates issued.

Training and development
Improving safety in our operations is the highest priority and we are working on it right across the business. Through simulation exercises we help prepare our people for the unlikely event of real-life safety incidents. This industry-leading training builds technical skills, reinforces the importance of clear communication and procedures, and highlights non-technical skills which help identify and manage risks that are related to human error.
